PHYMACS

PHYMACS comes from Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science International Students' Network and is intended to be the next level in global cooperation between the young members of the scientific community. Being based on information technology and acting at a global level, PHYMACS ISN should be able to accomplish tasks that until now were difficult to approach (from both financial and human resource point of view).

PHYMACS will be organized in two different parts. The first one, an internet portal that gathers some of the most science students used services and applications spiced up with some unique feature, all under the same umbrella - the PHYMACS portal. The on-line PHYMACS will be backed up by a linkage NGO, the PHYMACS ISN, designated as the only entity which will ensure continuity and development of PHYMACS initial framework and will support the members in achieving the commonly agreed goals.

PHYMACS will organize each year an International Conference oriented towards encouraging the creation of interdisciplinary research committees with students coming all over the world, event which will be named PHYMACS WORLD CONFERENCE.

IMPORTANT!

PHYMACS is searching for volunteer developers to help complete the platform. If you're a student and want to participate in the development process of this project we are waiting your email with an intention letter and a resume attached at bdobrica@gmail.com . Selected students will be invited to join our team during a 6 day info-trip* to Delta of the Danube, between July 30 and August 5 2007.

What features will soon be available through the PHYMACS portal?

1.Events Scheduler;
2.Science Students Employment Portal;
3.Student Research Committees Data Base;
4.Knowledge Base;
5.Communication Platform;
